Logging in issues

If you experience any difficulties logging in, if you've forgotten you're username or for whatever reason your username isn't working and you can't log in, please email: sammy@2littleboys.co.uk and he will resolve the problem for you.

Ordering

We welcome orders from the UK and Europe (Excluding The Republic of Ireland) as well as the USA and Canada.

We have had such a nightmare with orders to Ireland in the past, with delivery men failing to find the addresses and orders coming back and going out again and coming back again and then trying one last time and then coming back again until we've had to refund the customer in the end anyway. So, sadly we finally had to bite the bullet and take Ireland off the list of countries we can deliver to as standard, but you can always call and we will try our best to sort something out.  We try not to stick to any hard and fast rules and we would never operate a 'computer says no' policy towards anything, so we would always discuss individual cases and try to work something out for the best. There are a number of companies that offer services like providing a Northern Ireland address to us to deliver to and then they drop the package off to you. Or you might say to us that you're willing to take the risk that the Royal Mail man gets lost. We just wouldn't want to say 'Yeah we deliver to Ireland' and then just hope it turns out ok, when we've had such bad experiences in the past.

We aim to send your products within 24 hours following receipt of your order. However, during particularly busy periods, we hope you will allow up to 5 working days for dispatch.

In the extremely unlikely event that the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible if there's any delays.

Orders within the UK are sent via the Royal Mail - First Class service and larger orders are sent via TNT courier on a next working day service.  All orders are subject to a package and posting fee of £2.75.  Obviously there will be some orders that from a purely postage aspect cost less than £2.75 and there will be orders that cost considerably more than £2.75 to post, but we feel that this is the fairest and most straightforward way to operate the postage and packaging aspect of orders.  Please be aware that a lot of the items we send will not fit through a standard letterbox, and we request that you ensure there will be someone at the delivery address. For this reason, we suggest using a work address as your delivery address.

Overseas Ordering

We endeavour to keep postage costs low and offer a Standard Royal Mail Air Service. If you would prefer a guaranteed date of delivery with tracking information etc, please email us for information and prices.

If you have any difficulties using our online purchasing system, you can order by telephone, fax or post.

Messages can also be left on this number outside of office hours, and we will be happy to call you back and answer any questions you may have.

Returns/Exchange

Please send any product that you wish to be exchanged or have refunded, in its original condition within 14 days; ensuring that you have obtained proof of postage from your post office.
