French Enamel Pin - It Doesn't Matter - Tant Pis

This enamel pin says 'Tant Pis' in French which translates as 'It Doesn't Matter' but you have to be shrugging in a very Gaelic fashion lifting up your arms and accepting the status quo when you're saying it.
